Mediation Services

As litigators representing both the plaintiff and the defendant, we have participated in several hundred mediations with mediators from across the state as well as several from out of state for approximately 40 mediations. These include appellant mediations and domestic mediation, but the majority of the mediations have been civil litigation. Our staff has also taken the following courses:
